"You are FIRED. I have had State Farm since I was 16 years old. In that span of time (47 years) I have NEVER had an agent unwilling or incapable of assisting me with a ongoing claims concern. Until now. Does this office think they don't need to be customer service oriented? If you are incapable of doing your job why would I give you my money? What's your relevance to me if you cannot offer solutions beyond "Call the claims people". If I wanted impersonal treatment I would have "The General" insurance. The ONLY benefit of an agent is problem solving when a claim filed has complications. You refused to help me with my complications. If you cannot manage that then you are pointless. Taking my money and doing absolutely nothing to advocate for me is NOT a business model I can work with. You're definitely fired."
