"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough great things about Brian Burklow – State Farm Insurance and especially Brooklyn Johnson at the Mont Belvieu location. Brooklyn went above and beyond helping us secure renters insurance for my mother, and the entire experience was smooth, reassuring, and honestly better than I could have hoped for. From start to finish, Brooklyn was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure my mom truly understood her coverage. The biggest thing for me was the peace of mind this gave my mother—knowing she’s properly covered and taken care of is priceless. "I was asked to do a 5 star rating which I did, but now the update.They wrote my policy wrong on one home, the declaration page was a copy of my other home and then never notified the previous company that had the policy before as I was told they would. So I ended up paying for 2 policy's at same time. The previous company offered to give my money back if I could send them the declaration page from this state farm policy. That is when I discovered the policy was wrong and had been, even though I had called several times for other issues. The next 3 weeks after this I received numerous emails and phone calls nothing is resolved, either pointing finger at me or the other company. The other company wants to give my money back but due to the wrong description and the inability of these 2 insurance companies working together, Iam out several thousand dollars. Through all of this not a single call from the owner Brian. Instead I get same office staff that screwed this up. This business is not rated with BBB or there would be a complaint there. I've filed small claims court case and submitted a complaint to corporate State Farm and currently looking for the Texas entity that oversees the insurance practices. So best advice go somewhere else."
